The shift into a very academically challenging program quickly made me realize how much I relied on my friends and family, and how none of my achievements at Oregon Tech would have happened without my support system.”

“I first attended Oregon Tech at the Portland-Metro campus in Wilsonville, near where I live, before going to Klamath Falls. I was taking classes toward an Engineering degree due to my strengths in Mathematics, but I decided to switch to Biology / Environmental Sciences after taking some inspirational classes from Professor Jherime Kellermann and realizing I wanted more than a desk job.”
