Thanks to Oregon Tech and local company KersTech Vehicle Systems, those noisy garbage trucks rolling through your neighborhood early in the morning might soon come with a mute button.

On paper, it’s difficult to believe Dr. Mateo Aboy is less than 40 years old. In addition to multiple degrees in a variety of disciplines from universities such as University of London, Aboy is a Registered Patent Agent and the Associate Provost and Vice President for Research at Oregon Tech.

The commencement ceremony for the Oregon Institute of Technology’s Klamath Falls campus graduating class of 2013 will take place on Saturday, June 15 at 10 a.m. at John F. Moehl Stadium, marking the university’s 65th annual commencement.
