The day began with a Trade Policy Breakfast that brought together state leadership, international delegations, and industry representatives to strengthen Oregon’s global partnerships. Dr. Alp had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with leaders from multiple countries, as well as state officials, including Governor Tina Kotek. The event highlighted Oregon’s commitment to expanding international collaboration in areas such as trade, innovation, agriculture, and economic development.
