The Electrochemistry Lab is only open to a select group of students, but it offers a more advanced area to study electro-chemical reactions of batteries and other sources. This lab comes equipped with several high flow rate fume hoods to allow students to work with noxious chemicals in a safe, well ventilated environment. This lab also has more advanced equipment to study hydrogen fuel cells and how to gain the most energy out of these powerful devices. If you want to work in this area, please contact labs staff.
