Enroll in a Payment Plan or Pay Online in Transact

Payment plans are now in Transact. Beginning winter term 2025, students must enroll in Transact in order to do the payment plan.

Use the Pay Online Now button below or the links on the right-hand side under Transact Payments Links to login to your account to enroll in the payment plan, to make payment plan payments, or to make other payments on your account (Pay Online Now button below is for current students; past students use the "Transact Payments Login for Past Students" link and Payers use the "Transact Payments Login for Payers" link. Pay via ACH (no fee) or Credit/Debit Card (2.95% fee applies for card payments).

Beginning with the tax year 2024, 1098-Ts will be available in Transact. For 1098-Ts for tax years 2023 and prior, visit TECHstudent.

For current students, login into TECHweb and then click the TECHstudent tile (or use the link above), then click the Tax Notification (1098-T) link on the bottom left hand side.

Emergency Loan Information

The university has an Emergency Loan program which is available for students who may be facing financial challenges and are enrolled in the current term. Additional information can be found on the Emergency Loan webpage.

Cashier's Calendar

Note: Late fees and interest will be charged to all student accounts (including students receiving financial aid and/or VA benefits) with unpaid balances after the payment due date. However, late fees do not apply to students on the payment plan who make all payments on time. For payment plan due dates, see the Cashier's Calendar below. In the case of a student receiving VA benefits who has paid all non-VA covered charges by the payment due date, the late fee and interest will be removed once payment that clears the balance is received as long as the certification deadline (end of the second week of the term) was met. Contact the Cashier’s Office at cashier@oit.edu for help calculating amounts that will not be covered by the VA (please include which VA benefits you are expecting to receive).
