Transfer Student Scholarship

Scholarships specific to students transferring from a community college to a four-year college or university.

Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship

Eligibility: Outstanding community college students who demonstrate financial need, will to succeed and breadth of interest and activities. Applicants should demonstrate achievement and academic ability, desire to engage in and contribute to the world, self-confidence, and resilience.

Super Positive Video Contest

Due Date: January 11, 2023

Scholarship Amount: Total of $6,000 in scholarships

Eligibility: This is an opportunity for 15- to 18-year-olds to win scholarship awards by sharing positive and uplifting messages on video. A total of $6,000 in scholarships will be awarded to the top three winning entries, and the first-place winner will also have their production shown before the kick-off of the NBC Divisional Playoff Game on January 21 or 22, 2023.How to enter: Create an original video production of :30 (30 seconds) in length that conveys a message about the value of having a clear mind – free of any substance – and address one of the following seven topics: Believe in yourself, Never give up, Be grateful, Work hard, Stay humble, Be kind, and Keep smiling. You can submit more than one entry, but each entry will be judged solely on its own merits.

Red Cross Collegiate Leadership Program

Due Date: December 16, 2022

Scholarship Amount: $2,000

Eligibility: Must be a current college sophomore. Participating students must agree to: A two-week internship at the American Red Cross Headquarters in Washington D.C., roundtrip transportation to Washington D.C., room, board, and stipend, coaching and mentoring by senior American Red Cross leadership and representatives from NAIA and NCCAA, and an opportunity to make a significant impact on your campus and community through organizing successful blood drives that help save lives.
