Reciprocity Agreements

Oregon Institute of Technology has arranged tuition reciprocity agreements with several Northern California community colleges. These agreements allow:
  • a limited number of qualified out-of-state students to attend Oregon Tech while paying in-state tuition rates. Resident tuition applies only to undergraduate programs. Graduate tuition is not discounted by reciprocity
  • a limited number of in-state students to attend one of the Northern California community colleges while paying in-state tuition rates.

Please note: Oregon Tech honors reciprocity agreements from the date they are initiated by our California reciprocity partners. Oregon Tech will not back date reciprocity agreements, but will initiate reciprocity from the date the agreement is received. 

Out-of-State students who wish to attend Oregon Tech:

  1. College of the Siskiyous (Weed, California)
  2. College of the Redwoods (Eureka, California)
  3. Shasta College (Redding, California)

Each of the colleges has its own policies regarding participation and you should contact their admissions office for more information (links to these are provided on this page).
