Natalie Gardner, Hannah Keesey, Noah Sharrott, Osama Alqwirey, and Jake Cometto have been hard at work designing a solar system for an off-grid guest house in Philomath, Oregon.
Due to delays in the permitting and construction process, the group switched to a smaller version geared towards an educational demonstration for children. This is similar to a guest house because it includes the same general components, such as solar panels, battery storage, inverter, charge controller and various loads.
