Kennedy Jantzi, is a Business Management major and a softball athlete at Oregon Tech. For her senior project, she is combining her knowledge of business with her passion for softball in the development of a business plan for a club softball organization she intends to launch after graduation. The business plan includes the start-up, facilities, and training requirements, as well as a competitive analysis, and marketing, recruitment and retention strategies. She is being mentored by Jami Strinz, founder of PNZ Shamrock Softball in Oregon.
Senior projects are designed to challenge students with real world business problems, as well as give them an opportunity to gain industry experience prior to graduation.
