Eric Darnell, a Healthcare Management (Clinical Option) major at Oregon Tech, has been completing his senior project with Med Center Health. This project is focused on healthcare worker engagement within the Echosonography department at the Med Center and the effects that the recent COVID-19 pandemic has played on healthcare workers. After the survey, interview, and secondary research analysis, Eric Darnell has provided valuable feedback that the Med Center can implement to help increase employee engagement and help retain quality healthcare professionals.
