As a native Oregonian and Oregon Tech alumnus, Jared is excited to blend his love for teaching with his love for Southern Oregon. Since graduating from Oregon Tech, he has worked as a process improvement consultant, production manager, plant scheduler, & inventory controller. During his industry experience, Jared led or participated in multiple Kaizen initiatives, including 5S, inventory reduction, ISO 9000 recertification and Job Instruction Training.
Along with a background in construction, Jared has participated in multiple business startups and enjoys a broad perspective of business. As his alma mater, Oregon Tech holds a special place in Jared’s heart. He is passionate for the business program as well as the community.
Jared holds a MBA from Southern Oregon University where he received the highest ranking for the ETS Major Field Test recorded for the program. In his free time, you'll find Jared exploring Southern Oregon with his wife or tinkering away on home remodel projects.
