Big congratulations to our Oregon Tech Dental Hygiene students in Klamath Falls!
On March 12, students presented their capstone projects, demonstrating their critical thinking and the application of their knowledge to patient care. This includes interprofessional collaboration, ethical decision-making, and diverse perspectives related to their patients’ special needs, and a reflection on future considerations.
On March 13–14, Dental Hygiene hosted licensing board exams for restorative dentistry and clinical practice. Our students achieved a 100% pass rate on both exams! We congratulate each of them as they join the workforce and embark on their next journey as Registered Dental Hygienists with Expanded Practice.
