The Office of Retention is committed to the success of all Oregon Tech students. This office uses data and predictive analytics to guide the creation of new student success programs and initiatives. By working as a team with academics and student services, retention initiatives are designed to help students succeed at Oregon Tech!

Helps students navigate higher education processes and integrate into the Oregon Tech community. The Office of Academic Advising & Retention provides individualized support (academic, emotional, personal) that empowers students to realize their goals.
