Strategic Enrollment Management manages comprehensive planning and resource alignment processes aimed at increasing student success by identifying barriers and improving operations, promoting university-wide dialogue and collaboration and enhancing growth and revenue, while serving stakeholders and fulfilling the mission, vision, core values, and goals of the university.
The division of SEM includes the offices of Admissions, Educational Partnerships and Outreach, Financial Aid, and Retention. Collectively, these four departments align the services and support that cover the entire enrollment spectrum at Oregon Tech.

The Office of Retention is committed to the success of all Oregon Tech students. This office uses data and predictive analytics to guide the creation of new student success programs and initiatives.
