Strategic Enrollment Management manages comprehensive planning and resource alignment processes aimed at increasing student success by identifying barriers and improving operations, promoting university-wide dialogue and collaboration and enhancing growth and revenue, while serving stakeholders and fulfilling the mission, vision, core values, and goals of the university.

The division of SEM includes the offices of Admissions, Educational Partnerships and Outreach, Financial Aid, and Retention. Collectively, these four departments align the services and support that cover the entire enrollment spectrum at Oregon Tech.

Office of Admissions

The primary functions of the Admissions Office are to help prospective students investigate and evaluate Oregon Tech, to manage applications for admission and to assist applicants with the enrollment process. Talk to an Admissions staff member to learn why Oregon Tech students are so successful.

Office of Educational Partnerships and Outreach

The Office of Educational Partnerships and Outreach cultivates and maintains partnerships with area high schools and connects faculties, community colleges, and universities to provide increased educational opportunities and resources for students.

Office of Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office is committed to providing high-quality service to all Oregon Tech students, their families and the community. Our office strives to provide information on a complex topic that enables students to make decisions regarding their educational funding.

Office of Retention

The Office of Retention is committed to the success of all Oregon Tech students. This office uses data and predictive analytics to guide the creation of new student success programs and initiatives. By working as a team with academics and student services, retention initiatives are designed to help students succeed at Oregon Tech!
