How to Apply to Respiratory Care

The application for the Respiratory Professional Program is available for current pre-respiratory Oregon Tech students or admitted transfer students to pre-respiratory care for the upcoming fall term. This application is only to be used for current pre-respiratory Oregon Tech students or admitted transfer students to pre-respiratory care for the upcoming fall term. A $40 application is required, cannot be waived, and is nonrefundable.

If you are not a current Oregon Tech student in pre-respiratory care or are not admitted as a new transfer student for the upcoming fall term, please begin the process for general admission.
