Employment Services

Employment Services oversees and administers position descriptions, recruitments, and onboarding activities to ensure effective recruitments, appropriate classification and compensation, and efficient onboarding in HEROES, Oregon Tech's position management, recruitment, and onboarding system. Employment Services coordinates, collaborates, and supports HR Operations, Academic Affairs, and academic and administrative departments throughout the Oregon Tech community.

Employment Services also administers the staff positions reclassification process, the process to promote staff, and the salary increase request process.
