All applicants to a degree-seeking program must meet Oregon Tech’s admission requirements. Select programs have additional requirements for acceptance, please complete the Eligibility Verification prior to submitting your application.
Undergraduate degree-seeking programs are certificates, associate degrees, and bachelor degrees. Those pursuing a specialization can submit a non-degree seeking application or apply as an undergraduate. Financial aid is not available for certificates or specializations.
To apply (or re-apply) for admission to an online program, complete the following steps:
- Complete the Eligibility Verification Form to determine whether you are eligible to apply for your desired program. If you are eligible,
- Submit an Application
- Submit all additional required materials as described on the Application Checklist

Your application will not be processed until all required materials are received. A transfer evaluation is completed after admission to the university. For more information about this evaluation, please see the advising and registration page.
Residents of Massachusetts are not eligible for admission into Clinical Sleep Health, Polysomnographic Technology, or Radiologic Science.
