Student Stories
Class of 2026
“I would say that the most influential has been Professor Chavarin though. She does outreach as her main job, which is what I want to eventually do as my long-term goal. Along with that, she has encouraged me to think outside of the box and do things differently than what I was taught to allow me to treat patients to the best of my ability.”
Class of 2028
“The greatest learning experience I’ve had at Oregon Tech has been through the Honors Program. The Honors Program has taught me to think deeply about the ideas that make up our world; how abstract ideas shape concrete reality and how that impacts the way we view life.”
Class of 2026
“My greatest learning experience at OIT is born out of my experience of failure, learning how to deal with it and move forward. Specifically trying to pass my Differential Equations math class.”
