The Relationship Building Program draws from evidence-based parent-child interaction training to provide Klamath County families with support to engage in recreational family activities in order to further strengthen parent-child relationships and connections to community supports.

The Oregon Tech Relationship Building Program started in 2014. The program was based on Project 12 Ways and Project SafeCare, which both focus on child safety and teaching parenting skills.
