Christine “Chris” Mangan, of Palo Alto, California, was a clinical research and regulatory compliance consultant for the biopharmaceutical industry. She was the founder and owner of Mangan Consulting, Inc., where she provided scientific, technical, and management consulting services. She previously served in clinical research and regulatory compliance roles at Syntex Corporation and Connective Therapeutics.
Mangan brings Oregon Tech alumni experience to the board. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health-Medical Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, and she serves as Vice President of the Oregon Tech Foundation Board of Directors.
