Don Gentry serves as a Natural Resources Specialist for the Klamath Tribes in Chiloquin. He spent more than three decades involved in Klamath Tribes affairs, including nine years as Tribal Chairman from 2013 to 2022 and three years as Vice Chairman before that, following 25 years of service in the Tribes' Natural Resources Department.

During his tenure as chairman, Gentry helped negotiate agreements addressing longstanding Klamath Basin water and fisheries disputes, including a 2013 agreement in principle signed at Oregon Tech's Klamath Falls campus. He is a lifelong resident of the Klamath Basin with deep knowledge of the region's natural resources and tribal treaty rights.
